About Mood Mentors
Mood Mentors provides practical, research-informed wellbeing resources designed to support everyday wellbeing, reflection and positive action. Our resources are educational and wellbeing tools and are not a substitute for individual psychological, medical or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Digital products
When you purchase a Mood Mentors digital product, you receive a limited licence to use the product for your own personal use unless a different licence is expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Digital products may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, resold, uploaded to another website or platform, or used commercially without prior written permission from Mood Mentors.
Intellectual property
The content, concepts, written materials, designs, graphics, frameworks and other materials provided by Mood Mentors remain the intellectual property of Mood Mentors or their respective rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property.
Purchases and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Digital products are supplied electronically.
Refunds
Refunds and remedies are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Use of our resources
Our resources provide general wellbeing information. Individual experiences and outcomes vary, and we do not guarantee a particular wellbeing or health outcome from using a Mood Mentors product.
